First encounter with this company was not so great because when we booked our first consultation appointment, they did not show up. But after re- booking the appointment and seeing Sharon in person... as he explained all the different options for us, my husband and I both saw that he is professional and is truly an expert of his business. It took my husband and I quite some time to choose our preferred design because these closets come with life warranty and we emailed Stor-X often to see the modifications of each design. Gail and Sharon were patient with their responses and did as we asked them because we wanted to explore all the possibilities of how to take up the closet space. On the day of closet installation, Sharon showed up right on time, was quick and even vacuumed after the installation was completed.
