My wife wanted to install some shelving in the small-ish room with our washer/dryer unit and we needed something custom that would fit in the somewhat awkward space without getting in the way of the... washer/dryer doors opening, etc. STOR-X was recommended to us by someone whose opinion we trusted, and the entire experience was very positive and easy from beginning to end. When I described the project, I was given a rough quote, followed by a highly detailed quote and set of options when the designer came by to take a look, do the measurements and ask us what we needed and had in mind. It was very transparent and clear throughout. Our wishes were taken into consideration and suggestions were made. Once everything was decided on, setting up a time and plan to have the installation done was very smooth and easy, and the person who installed the shelves was very prompt, friendly and professional.
