Now, the duo share their passion for helping people declutter their homes with their clients in an effort to find more organization and calm in their lives. Paul and Penny’s focus is on making people’s lives easier and going above and beyond to design the best possible solution for each and every client.

Being organized feels great (but don't take our word for it)
Stor-X under previous owners installed bookshelves in my home office that hung on the wall over my desk. A few months ago, our housecleaner phoned to say the shelves had collapsed and spewed hundreds... of books all over the office, surfaces and floor. I called and got Penny, and from that moment on, she and Paul were gracious, helpful and responsible. Paul came right out to the house, examined the remains of the bookshelves and said they had been installed incorrectly by the previous people, and quickly had replacement shelves manufactured and installed. He showed me the supports that had been added and gave me the confidence to sit at my desk again, with the new shelves overhead. Top marks for responsibility and customer service.read more
