I am a design and detail-oriented person that values cultivating long standing relationships. I believe that my success relies on understanding that relationships are built on trust and my goal is to foster trust with everyone I deal with.
My experience in customer service has led me to a place where I am looking to expand my responsibilities in the design and business community. I am looking for new challenges that will propel my career and enable me to help develop and mold an industry sector.
Design and problem solving are my passion. My ability to communicate with my clients enables me to understand their needs and the constraints of their space and budget while delivering creative solutions. Collaboration in the design process is key to my success. Clients always understand their needs and I always find a way to work with them to produce the best possible project outcome.
I am a team player with the ability to manage a portfolio of projects and clients of different complexity in a dynamic environment and I am looking for a company that truly respects the individual while offering flexibility and opportunity for personal and professional growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through our storage solutions process from initial inquiry, through to project completion and final payment. Responsibilities include in-home consultation and design for all areas of the home, maintaining an awareness of ever-changing trends and achieving sales targets. The consultant works with clients to assess space, needs and recommend solutions that exceed the client’s expectations.
This is a new role within our company that will report directly to the Owners of the business and, due to our size, the person in this position will wear a few different hats.
Our goal is to mentor the person in this position to where they will manage all stages of the sales cycle, from initial consultation to installation and follow-up.
We will provide initial and ongoing training and support using our proprietary design software, Salesforce CRM and other Microsoft office tools.
Full Time, permanent.
40 hours, Monday to Friday
Generous Compensation Package, Salary, Bonus and Commission commensurate on experience and career progression.
Current driver’s license and vehicle required.
