Sharon was great to deal with from the start. He responded quickly by text and was very professional. He was very easy to deal with and felt like we had known him for a long time! Gail was quick... in booking our appointment and George , the installer was punctual. very friendly and enjoyable to deal with. Our new closet system looks great, was on time from when Sharon told us our installation would be. The entire process went smoothly.We ended up getting 4 different quotes for our closet system and chose StorX based on competitive pricing and great service. Our experience with Sharon and Stor-X was amazing. We are very happy with the renovation. We had custom cabinets built around our laundry machines (2 cabinets above the machines and standing cabinet... on the side, and a bench with 4 lockers. Good quality and looks great.When we called Stor-X, Sharon came by, measured the room and we then started to talk about the design. He provided a quote and emailed a link to the design. The design in the link also had the measurements so we knew exactly what it would look like (not all companies offered this). I was little unsure about exactly what I wanted design wise and asked Sharon many times to make changes and we also had a couple of video chats. Despite all the change requests, he was very gracious and happily made the changes. It was clear that he wanted me to be completely happy with the product.After we finalized the design (and still asked for a design change), we had to wait a couple of months for the installation as they are very busy (it was the worth the wait). The installer that came was very nice, friendly, and professional. He took a lot of pride in the installation. Sharon also came later to help and make sure things were going well. Install took about 2 days, and they cleaned things up really nice before leaving.Some things I really appreciated about working with Sharon and Stor-X:- you work directly with the owner of the company (Sharon). He made sure we were happy customers.- Sharon has a lot of design experience and can help you with your design and point out things that you may not realize.- Stor-X was able to provide much more customization than other highly rated companies in Calgary. The other proposed designs we got from other companies were not able to maximize the space as well as Stor-X.- We live in an older house where the walls are not exactly straight. Stor-X was able to work around that during installation and still make things look really nice.- Their price was competitive with other companies even though Stor-X was able to put together a much better design.- The installation date was on-time and the installer (Lucas) has a lot of experience, did a nice job, and was very nice and professional.We would highly recommend Stor-X. We think our new mudroom is great, much more organized. We smile every time we step in.read more
