OwnerDuncan worked with a variety of home builders and as an installer for Stor-X before deciding to become a Franchise Owner. Duncan and his family loved Prince George so much they decided to relocate from Victoria to enjoy the sports, outdoor adventures, and community it provides. He recognized the limited options organizers in the area had to choose from and wanted to guide them to the optimal solutions Stor-X provides. His approach to customers is to listen to their needs and wants before making recommendations to ensure he provides the best option for their specific situations.
Being organized feels great (but don't take our word for it)
Lisa in Victoria was very professional to work with. Lisa came to see our house and spent about an hour with my wife and I going over options. Once we had given her our preferences, she created a... rough design. She came back a second time one week later and showed us the full 3-D representation on the computer. We made some small changes and she took our order. About four weeks later all of the custom made shelving was done and Lisa and George came to install. The install went very quickly and very well. George is a very professional installer! My wife and I could not be more pleased with the end result! It is very, very practical and looks great! I had a great experience with Horace and Felicia. The design process was efficient and very collaborative. I needed some shelves and a desk to match the rest of my room and the final product looked... like it was always a part of the design.
