| A: A STOR-X™ Dealer is an authorized representative of the STOR-X™ Organizing System, trained in the design, sales, & installation of our high quality products. Training is provided at our Pacific Closet Works Ltd. Corporate Offices in Richmond, BC, Canada. A Dealer operates his/her own business and may sell STOR-X™ Organizing Systems exclusively or along side his/her existing product line. |
| Q: What is the investment needed to get started? |
| A: There is no inventory to purchase, which means no overhead, in stock or equipment. Our complete STOR-X™ Catalogue, puts a custom closet workshop with full product line at your fingertips. |
| Q: What tools will I need? |
| A: The STOR-X™ Organizing System is custom fit per job. Every order is built and shipped to exact specifications. The only tools required, are for installation. |
| Q: What is the factory lead-time? |
| A: In over 11 years of business, Pacific Closet Works Ltd. has never exceeded a three-week lead-time. |
| Q: Is there any special technology? |
| A: Pacific Closet Works Ltd. has a proprietary design program and ordering system. STOR-X 2001™ Software is a powerful tool that provides dealers with a professional design and quoting presentation as well as generating order forms. |

| A: A dealer can do business wherever he/she desires; there are no exclusive territory requirements or rights. |
| Q: What about volume discounts? |
| A: A dealer earns discounts based on performance. We track your sales and reward your efforts with a higher discount. This is reviewed on a regular basis. |

| A: Our design/help desk at 1-877-275-6868 has a trained staff ready with innovative ideas to answer you toughest design questions. Often we will customize an order to meet your customer's specific needs. |

| A: We have clear upfront pricing, there are no hidden costs or profit kickbacks. In our system, the only cost to you is the dealer cost of our quality products. |
