Duncan and his family loved Prince George so much they decided to relocate from Victoria to enjoy the sports, outdoor adventures, and community it provides. He recognized the limited options organizers in the area had to choose from and wanted to guide them to the optimal solutions Stor-X provides. His approach to customers is to listen to their needs and wants before making recommendations to ensure he provides the best option for their specific situations.

We had a rough idea of what we wanted from our walk-in closet space, but Gerry really took those ideas and ran with them. There was no pressure for us to buy anything that was unnecessary, and he... spent time with us tweaking his designs to get them just right. Once we'd placed the order, manufacturing time was quick, and they were able to fit before our deadline. We had some minor issues that needed addressing, but their contractor came back within a couple of days to put them right with replacement parts, not just a "cover up".
